Regardless of July CoM and future CoM/CoY

Due to the error of the recent voting poll, I'm going to post July CoM again. Reminder: DO NOT add any artists who was previously been on the countdown twice or has made an all-kill. Only new releases are added to this month's countdown and can only be added by admins of OKPD. If this problem happened again, OKPD will stop doing CoM. Thank you for your understanding and please vote on July CoM respectively.

For the CoM Voting, please DO NOT add any artists who was previously featured on CoM or has made an all-kill win unless given permission from the OKPD admins.
