Due to the error of the recent voting poll, I'm going to post July CoM again. Reminder: DO NOT add any artists who was previously been on the countdown twice or has made an all-kill. Only new releases are added to this month's countdown and can only be added by admins of OKPD. If this problem happened again, OKPD will stop doing CoM.
