Regardless of October CoM, November CoM, December CoM and 20

For the October CoM, I will be posting the new voting list on Halloween. The new voting poll will be posted after I post the artists in for your votes! However, I need to skip November and December CoM because of my, and other admins', hectic schedule. We will be back on 2013 CoY and I'll be posting the list at the beginning of December. So, no November and December CoM (I'm sorry!). BUT, be on the lookout for October CoM and 2013 CoY!
